20 years in. Five years out.
This is what finally worked..
For 20 years, addiction ran my life. I tried everything I knew of. Nothing reached what was underneath.
Then I did something I never thought I’d do. I travelled alone for 31 hours, in withdrawal, to Costa Rica to sit in ceremony with Indigenous shamans and drink plant medicine.
Somewhere along the way, I wanted to disappear. I didn’t want to board the next plane.
But I did.
In ceremony, I finally looked at what I had spent years hiding from. That was where things started to change.
It’s been five years now.
Another way through
Plant medicine isn’t a pill or a program.
It asks something of you. It is another way through.
And it matters who you sit with, where you go, and who is there when you come home.

I don’t run ceremonies or retreats. I help you find the right people, methods and places, drawing on the communities I know in the plant medicine world. And I keep you company from the first decision, through the experience itself, and into what comes after.
